Faith can become the key to wellness when we link our beliefs to our fitness goals, we can have the motivation to make changes. Beliefs are the most powerful motivational tools you have.

The Bible tells us the body is truly the temple of God.
"Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body," (1 Cor. 6:19-20).

This scripture clearly reveals that your body does not belong to you. God created your body in His likeness. He breathed the breath of life into it, and He paid a great price in proving His love for you. Christians are to become good stewards of their bodies. A steward is a supervisor who manages an estate or property for someone else. God expects us to properly care for His temple. He expects us to protect our bodies, eat well, exercise and practice spiritual stewardship.
